New points system!
This is the new points system I’m going to use as a futile attempt to stop the binging & continue the weight loss. Feel free to copy/modify it for your own use!
+100 pts = cardio
+200 pts = going to bed hungry
-200 pts = going to bed full
+50 pts = filing nails
+50 pts = strength training
+50 pts = crunches throughout the day
+50 pts = brushing teeth 2x/day
-400 pts = binging

Size zero
Guess what? I’m wearing size zero jeans I got when I was 92 lbs. Sure, they’re a bit snug, but they do fit, which means that I’ve lost weight, even despite my crazy binges. I must be around 100 lbs then. I was going to do the ABC Diet after my uncle’s wedding (starting Monday) but I might do the Skinny Girl Diet instead, because it’s not as extreme.
