Day 1 = not so bad
I finished the day pretty well — although it was above the # of cals I’d wanted to consume, it could’ve been worse. Had a bagel sandwich and a banana for lunch; a blueberry special k bar for a snack; salad w/ italian dressing, 1/3 of a newman’s own chicken parm skillet meal, & an apple for dinner; & a relatively small piece of my grandma’s homemade chocolate...
